Home Run Sports Training Centre –Phase 2 Winter Training
Weekly group training for any athletes that will be playing 11U (2013, 2014) , 13U (2011, 2012) or 15U (2009, 2010) Baseball during the 2024 season. We will also be offering softball trainng for any athletes that will be playing softball during the 2024 season.
- 10 week training program
- 90 min group training sessions
- In depth Hitting, Pitching (baseball only), Throwing and Defensive training
-Fun and challenging environment
- Learn from coaches with college and pro experience
- Choose between Saturdays only or Sundays only once a week training
Baseball Saturdays (Jan 6th - March 9th)
13U - 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
11U -12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
15U – 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
13U - 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Baseball Sundays (Jan 7th - March 10th)
15U - 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
11U – 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
13U – 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Softball Sundays (Jan 7th - March 10th)
15/17U Training - 9:00 am - 10:30 am
11U/13U Training – 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
