Phase 1 Off-Season training designed specifically for softball players. 90-minute weekly sessions covering hitting mechanics, pitching fundamentals, defensive footwork, and game-speed preparation.

13U High Performance Baseball Training

Off-season and pre-season training for players born in 2014 who played AA or AAA baseball during the 2026 season. 29 total sessions — once per week off-season, twice per week pre-season. A high-intensity, competitive environment for athletes who want to push themselves to a higher standard.
