CANCELLATION &
REFUND POLICY
To provide fair access to facility time and coaching services, we require advance notice for cancellations. This policy helps ensure facility availability and supports our coaches and staff who reserve time specifically for each booking.
PRIVATE LESSONS & CAGE RENTALS
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled or credited at no charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may be subject to partial charges.
No-shows or cancellations with under 2 hours of notice will be charged the full session fee.
TEAM BOOKINGS
A minimum of 7 days' notice is required for cancellation of team bookings.
FALL BALL, CAMPS & TRAINING GROUPS
A minimum of 7 days' notice before the program start date is required for cancellation.
Cancellations meeting this requirement are eligible for a full refund.
EXCEPTIONS
Home Run Sports Training Centre reserves the right to make exceptions for illness, family emergencies, or severe weather conditions.
